It seems like the last couple of weeks I've been having the same foods over and over and over. What are you having for dinner tonight? Please give me some decent ideas of what to eat tonight.

Peel some potatoes- about two potatoes per person and put in a pan and cover with just enough water to cover potatoes. Add salt-about a tablespoon. Also add about two tablespoons of butter. I like to add two cloves of finely crushed garlic, but you don't have to. Put on to boil. peel two onions and cut up fine and put in a separate pan and add just enough water to cover onions. boil slowly. When potatoes are soft, drain off excess water and add onions. Some more butter to taste and add milk to the thickeness you want your soup. I always taste test everything. You can add other ingredients as you want. I also make sweet corn break for a potatoe soup meal. I hope you like it .It's easy and only takes less than an hour and you've got a great meal. Let me know how do with it.

I'm eating out tonite, because I just got over a cold and don't feel like cooking. I wonder what it was that you have been eating over and over and over-hope it was good. If I were you, depending on what you have in your fridge or freezer, I would cook up some Jasmine rice and get some frozen shrimp and have them thaw while cooking the rice. Just when the rice is done, lay the thawed shrimp on top of the rice in the pot and cover it after turning off the heat. It's like steaming shrimp. Then, if you have any veggies or sauce, or both-while the shrimps are steaming, you can do a stir fry in a skillet and add the shrimp and rice after you saute the veggies with the sauce.

I feel the same way. Every week it is the same ting again so when I get tired of cooking I make a sandwich but I try to make my own special sandwich kind of like how they make them at subway but at home and I try to make it with different types of bread and adding avacado makes the sandwich so much better and the bannanna peppers too! Yummy!!
