any brilliant suggestions and help???

i am a seventeen year old student here in the philippines...i really love to take photographs and take precious moments...as philippines known with its beautiful sceneries and tourists spots, i would like to ask anyone to help me on how to enhance and practice my long-coveted passion which is photography...i do have P3000.00 three thousand pesos or about 85 dollars....could i possibly have my dreams into reality???..... :| some ideas??????

I think with your Philippine money, can go anywhere. by the way where you from Philippines? In Manila, you can go to Rizal Park. Southern NCR, Tagaytay or Batangas. Northern part, in Subic, coz Ive been there... enjoy!!!

you can go to ilocos. there many places that is beautiful to subject. For example, the windmills. in there.

Of course you can! I am assuming if you have a passion for photography you have some type of camera already, or else it is actually more of a thought than a passion. What kind of camera do you have?

first of all you have to have a camera already. 3000 pesos is just so little if you want a camera that would take good pictures. But if you have already the equipment you don't have to worry if how much is your budget because definitely you can take pictures anywhere if you have the passion and talent for it..the pictures will result nice. If you have a little background on how to take good pictures one things for sure break the rules and from there you would be able to see some good shots without even to spend a little penny from your pocket.
