Conviction tossed over jury not taking oath? Wasting taxpayers money!

This is a waste of taxpayers money if they have to retry. Unfortunately they will probably have to retry this case because the crime outweighs the cost of the trial. The judge in this case should be reprimanded and be re schooled in proper protocol and procedures. What are your views? Your thoughts?
