25.00 Gift Card for Amazon

on one of the sites that i play on regularly the prize is a gift card of 25.00 for amazon and around christmas i got myself a game and the last time i got 2 DVD's and now i don't know what to get this time.
So if you had 25.00 to spend on amazon or some other site what would you spend it on?
it is nice that i am making enough points to have earned my 3rd 25.00 prize in about 3 months so it makes being a member on the site worthwhile.
I will take any suggestions that anyone has on this.

I participate in a few siyes myself that offer amazon gift cards. Amazon comes in so handy. They have a varied selection of merchandise that suits nearly everyone. I have no problem using up amazon gift cards. I always see something i just got to have. I would have to say that the majority of my purchases are Bon Jovi related. I can never have enough Bon Jovi! I wish i had a gift card now. My wish list just keeps growing!

this was the first time i had ever had a gift card to use on there, but it was pretty easy to figure out once i had the code and its so much fun to browse around.
I wonder if i still have a wishlist since i was gone for so long before i bet most of the stuff that was on it must be gone oh well could always start a new one then i wouldn't forget what to get the next time, because i think i will keep this prize from now on it is the best one on the gaming site for the money i believe.

I put the gift cards into my account so that they don't expire. (At least, this is how it works on amazon.ca).

usually i don't have money to spend and i used to buy and sell a lot on amazon so its a great site to shop and to compare prices, since i have an online business its a great tool and with the gaming site i will have had 75.00 now to spend on there and i have to admit it is kind of fun to have some money to spend that doesn't come out of my pocket and once i have the code for the gift card i usually just go and spend it since i don't get a chance to that often.

oh yeah the wishlist i used to have a pretty long one it was mostly filled with dvd's since that was stuff that was affordable, but i had not been on the site in a very long time before i had gotten on in December to use my first 25.00 gift card and i wasn't sure if i still had an account or not since the email and everything that i used to use has changed, but once i got that changed it has been pretty easy to use it again.

As others have mentioned I save mine for gifts. I also buy my printer ink through Amazon. So far, I have bought two Christmas gifts for this year. Books for family members. My daughter loves to read Jane Austin books. Hubby has special interest books that I have found for him to read. I'm soon going to need to get some black ink. But I also have gotten some craft items since I make cards.

well congratulations on your first post as you know of where i speak of as far as the gaming site goes.
yes they do have a great amount of different items to choose from, but since i did the earning i think i will decide how i want to spend it, sometimes i will get something just for me not always but some of the time.

That is so cool, what site do you play on?. Maybe buy some new game or dvd, there is alot to choice from on there. But if you enjoy gaming or watching movies do it :). It is your earning and im sure you could get even more of them its not like the last time you will have it, so enjoy yourself:).

the site is winster i am a paying member on there and have been able to get the 25.00 gift card this will be the third time already this year so the membership is paying off nicely since i started using the amazon gift card as the payment prize that i wanted.

Amazon vouchers have quite a good Shelf life,so if You accumulate them in your account,you could get something worthwhile,but you don't need to buy something ASAP-Just save them until there's something you DO want..I have saved £29 with them in recent months,and will do price comparisons with other sites and ebay for things I'd like...Handling cash at work,we're keeping an eye out for forged notes,so I was looking at getting a pen with a UV light built in..there's a "Toy" Secret message pen on Amazon that'll write in invisible ink,with a UV LED so you can read the message..£2.99..(It comes with a spare regular ink refill,so that would make it perfect..a regular pen I could check notes with..)The only thing is,postage and packing is another £5!, whereas I can get a UV flashlight on Ebay that doesn't use button cell batteries for under £3..postage free..I'll hold onto my Amazon balance a little longer!

well i think for the game site that i play on i believe it says 60 days to use the certificate up and with my luck I'd forget about it so i always try to use it up as soon as i get the activation code, because its pretty easy to make up your mind ahead of time as to what you want to get, since it takes a decent amount of time to build up your points to get to the prize amount.

To be honest with you if there was nothing that i wanted i would get something that i could put away for someone for christmas as that way when christmas gets here there would be less to buy.If i had a birthday then i would buy a gift for that person as then i would have it ready rather than having to sort one out when the birthday has turned up.I think that there are alot of things that i could do with that,but then i am a woman and we spend money all the time.lol.

yeah i think i will stick with this as my prize for now on, since it has been easy for me to reach it and there are so many things that you can buy on there and as long as you can keep getting it why not.
I never thought about gifts for someone else, but i did tell my lady she could help pick out movies when i got it the last time so we got a couple of movies that time, but the nice thing is even though the prize is called a dvd certificate amazon lets you use it for anything on the site.

Even though the card expires, I still think I'd save it up for a bigger prize or gift. Have you looked at some of the more expensive items to see if there isn't something there that you want/would like to give? Then I'd save up my prize money until I had enough and I'd go get it.

yeah you can let the points build up on the gaming site and i could always wait till i had enough points for 2 gift cards, but the 25.00 is usually enough to get what i would want for myself or enough off to get what i want at a much cheaper price just depends what i want to get this time.
