How do yo get up frm bed?

India

I will get not up all of a sudden from the bed. First of all I will turn left or right and I will keep my hand on the cot/bed and then slowly I will get up. And after getting up I will sit for sometime then I will get into other business. In this way I used to get up. This will avoid unnecessary sudden movement in the body and avoid getting sprain in some parts of the body. Alos I used to do the breathing exercise to keep going the day very smooth.

I usually open my eyes slowly, then stretch my arms and my legs. Then I turn right because my bed is near the left corner of my room. After that, I sit in my bed and stretch my arms once more. Then finally I stand and walk away from my bed

Well, i never like to get up in hurry. But sometimes i do. I will happen to find myself sleeping long and wake up to find i am late. It will be like as i had a bad dream and wake up in shock. Then run run..On holidays, i am so slow..get up and do pranayama and i will really feel fresh.

Pranayama is one of he best exercise you are doing. Very simple but very effective. Keep it up.Though I like to do , I become lazy too.Hereafter I will make a habit of doing Pranayama.

Yes, I do like to get up from bed slowly. Because there was a time I gotten out too fast and I pulled a muscle in my leg. It was really painful. So now I just take my time and then take off out of my bed to go do my business and get ready for the day.

Unlike many other people, it's a swift, snappy process for me. Laying about and trying to make the most out of that moment between savouring your comfy bed and getting up for work just annoys me more than anything else

I had this type situation in my life. When I was In Leh in India and in the winter season, I was sleeping inside the sleeping bag and I never wanted to get up from bed because of warmness inside the sleeping bag and coldness outside. It was irritating me to get up.But now I am in the hot region and also I am earning in Online because of that I got to up and also I got to take care of my health to keep my body hale and healthy. Thanks for Mylotting.

I never wake up at the hour I want. Except when I have something very important in the day. I think that I have a trouble of motivation. Anyways. This is on it happen: my radio start at 6:30 because I need to study, I turn the radio off and fall asleep. And then I wake up every 10 minutes until I find that I am running out off time for studying. It's maybe because of my so comfortable bed.

Remaining too many hours in the bed also is not advisable as our parts of body will not get any exercise to get moving. For studying also you should keep body and mind very strong. Go through the Mylotters view and if possible follow some of their views to keep your body hale and healthy.Happy Mylotting.

I normally do not stand up immediately I wake up, I stay in bed for a while, allowing my body to prepare itself for movement and my mind ready for the day

I get up differently than most people do, I think. My mom and I share a queen size bed. It's placed against the wall and we sleep not parallel to the bed. I am on the inner bed space so I can't get up on the left side (the wall) or my right side (where my mom is). When I wake I up, I would first turn to one side, usually the right, use my elbow for support, keep my head on a nodded position, and slowly sit up, to avoid sudden drop in blood pressure. But sometimes, I just sit up directly especially when I feel I had a good sleep and have lots of energy for the day. After that, I will scoot until I reach the end of the bed then stand up.

Just like you, I also don't like any rapid moves. I like to stretch myself, then slowly get myself into sitting position. After that, I rub my eyes clean and massage my face for a while. Then finally I get myself sitting on the edge of the bed and put my clothes on. In case it's weekend and I don't have to go anywhere, I like to lie in the bed for some time after waking up. Sometimes I spend even half an hour or more there.

I've always been the type to jump out of bed, turn my radio on, and then hop in the shower. I find it helpful to be able to take a shower in the morning as it fully wakes me up. Sometimes I do some push ups or jumping jacks if I feel tired. However, when I am sick it takes me hours to get up, because I feel like oh if I could just get 1 more minute. I've never been injured in the morning, but I guess that is because I am younger.

We learn only from experience. Young are energetic and so you get up by jumping. Some time it may shoot up the blood pressure. Many Mylotters have expressed their views and if we do follow certainly it may keep our body hale and healthy. Thanks Myloting.

whenever i wake up i did not get up that soon, i just keep on lying in bed while my eyes are still close then moving from side to side and do some stretching from hands to toe and of course my eyes are still close. then if i really feel that my whole body is already awake then thats the only time i get up and go to the toilet to wash my face and brush my teeth.

Whenever I wake up, I will do a couple of deep breathings. One of the reasons is to supply more oxygen to my brain so that it doesn't get sleepy anymore. Then I will do 20 sit-ups on bed. After which, I will feel more ready to get out of bed and start the day.

Certainly the breath will remove the block if any in the nose and it will clear the way for easy breathing. It will keep you all your body healthy and busy.
