some people make herculean efforts to please and satisfy other people,but these people,but these people end up being a frustrated lot when in the long run they find that all their efforts have gone futile and and no body has really been satisfied.i
so don't waste time and energy unnecessarilly in trying to make people please and happy.trying always lead to tension.happiness is a natural and effortless state of mind.

Hi, pankaj_taura. I know that I have been practicing this antidote for a very long time. I used to feel bad about trying to make others pleased and satisfied with me. But all I did was make myself more miserable and stressed out. So, I will just do what I have to do and if they can't understand then, that is them. I am trying to convince my landlord that mu husband we really want to be on time with the rent, but we are just unable to. She just goes on about how we have been late twice. So, if she wants to think that we are dishonest then let her think that way. It is not my problem that the economy is so bad right now.
