There Must Not Be Any Crime In Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania state trooper raided bars not because they were selling alcohol to the underage, or those that are impaired but because the state claims that the bars are selling unlicensed beer. The alleged offense: Although the bar owners had bought the beer legally from licensed Pennsylvania distributors and had paid all the necessary taxes, the police claimed that nobody had registered the precise names of the beers with the state L!quor Control Board – a process that requires the brewers or their importers to pay a $75 registration fee for each product they want to sell in Pennsylvania. Oh course the trooper confiscated hundreds of bottles of expensive ales and lagers, now in State Police custody at an undisclosed location.

You know what will probly happen to the bear? They will split it up and drink it.
This is stupid. they legally bought it from a distributor. If they want to go after the company for not registering fine...but leave the bars alone. They did not know and nwo they are out all that money and their product.
Boy...I guess they don't ahve any crime there if this is a major concern for them. But you know why they did it don't you? The state told them to do it..they need the $75.00 for each product to cover the short falls in budgets. So now the cops are their "enforcers" for their budget problems.
