Hi MyLotters, My boss used to be harsh on me for no good reason.Sometimes his behavior seems to be like he's artificially imposing the boss on him.I left the job. What do you think? What is your reason to leave a job?Higher payment?Superior position? What is it?Share with me. Thanks Happy MyLotting!!!

hello, well which one? heh. I've left and got fired from jobs before. The most likely reason for me to leave is either higher paying or just not good work conditions. I've left a few jobs because I didn't like the work conditions but out of those jobs I'd say the most reasonable for the reason was when I was a banquet server. The HR department upon hiring made us think that said work would not necessarily be easy but that we'd get many week long breaks, we didn't....

Don't get me wrong, we did get a couple of week long breaks, but those were cherished and spent mostly sleeping or spending time with friends I hardly got to see. It was affecting me and my husband made me quit.

the reason why i always left my job is i just got bored and so i always wanted to have a new position always as i find it more challenging thats why i always resigned after one year and yet i didnt see any changes or promotion though i know one year is too early for any promotion. but of course i also look for higher salary than my previous job though they said i should stop doing it coz it will create a negative impact to the new employer like always resigning from work instead of just staying there. but in your case, if you have problem with your boss nor office mate then just let yourself go and find work that can make you happy with a good working environment.

I don't know anything about your situation so I'll ignore the first question. My reasons for leaving a job are usually about the 'spirit' side of the job. if I like it, if I like the co-workers, if I enjoy my time at work- there is NO WAY I'm changing it. (maybe except for a very high payment... 200-300k$ a month?) I've changed jobs before because I suffered from boredom and from a bad tempered boss.

Hi jimeny, Yes,if there is spirit in the job environment is high, there is no point of leaving the job,and boredom is a reason caused by the discouragement of the bad tempered boss. Thanks for commenting, Happy MyLotting!!

I'm going to end up getting fired from my current job. I've been having self-destructive tendencies lately that I think is a result of dissatisfaction and then some.

I left my previous job because it's getting dull as time goes by. I find it too boring doing the same routine over and over. Although my previous company pays fair enough but sometimes, good salary is not all that matters. You could get a decent pay but your working environment suck.
