I think a lot of people are on a diet. I am not on a diet. I am just eating healthy food and working out.

i am supposed to be on one . but i don't actually follow it.i keep forgetting to stop eating oily foods and stuff.it is hard to actually go through it.i like my fries and oily sweets.
