Beside money, credit card and ID card? Some people might put some pictures of the love ones. You'll be surprise if sometimes people put "unusual items " in it. Well, i have this old pendants that my mother gave me long time ago. Even if I have new purse/wallet, this pendant stay in one of the compartment. Beside that i have one of this piece of paper that my daughter wrote when she was in the kindergarten "I love you, Mommy" . Meaningless for other people but means a lot for me. I remember of of my friend keep a hair lock in her wallet. Do you have this special items in your wallet?

I have two special things that stay in whatever wallet I have. One is a small Saint Christopher medal that my mother gave to me a long time ago and the other is a Terrior Dollar...school "cash" that my oldest grandson gave to me last year because he had a bunch of them and wanted to share. He told me to put it in my wallet where it would be safe and not get lost...and I always do as I'm told.

isn't it sweet. Kids always have something like that. My daughter always ask about that little paper. Every now and then I show her it's still there in my wallet.

I have very few extra things in my wallet, but I don't really consider any one of them "special" per say...Aside from the necessities you mentioned above, I try to limit what's in my wallet so it doesn't become bulky and uncomfortable. I'm sure that in the future, I will have something special to me that I can carry around in my wallet, but not currently.
