for me, activity in myLot is not a job but learning activities and improve my knowledge in English. if then I get income from myLot, no more, I consider as a reward for learning what I do

We don't work FOR MyLot. We are not employed by them. They have agreed to give remuneration in return for our participation here. There is a big difference! If you enjoy interacting with people in good quality discussions, then MyLot will probably work for you.

I don't consider being here as "working", actually. I am here for fun and socializing. The money is a real bonus and that's what makes it better. Try to be more active and you'll see your earning grows.

I work in mylot to make money of course but that is not the only reason. I learn a lot of things, make friends and also it is a passtime.
