can ordinary person learn powerful spiritual abilities?

i think that it might be possible but i think most of that kind of stuff is fake. people that try to do that kind of stuff make it look real. but really it is just an illusion.

I think if such powers are really exist in this world, then everyone can learn about them if they are really learnable. However, there's lot of informations about how to building such power on our body. But of course it's not an easy thing to learn one of them, since it's an extraordinary ability.
