Should a girl take the initiative to court the boy attracted her?

Though there is a common feeling that a boy should make the first move but let me tell you that most boys are hesitant to make the first move.I am a boy and I experienced the same feeling when I met a girl whom I liked very mu7ch but I was unable to approach her for the fear of being denied and in the process I lost the plot and ended up nowhere.The same girl got engaged to a different boy and right now they are married.This resulted due to plain indecision on my part.I thought that some day I will be able to gather enough courage to face the girl and tell her about my feelings but I had missed the bus.Don't do the same mistake.Tell the boy what you want to say without wasting any more time.
