Quick Meal Ideas

My time is limited I have a kindergartner, second grader, and now newborn infant. I need some quick meal ideas. People please throw them my way! :-)

Hotdog casserole, quick and easy, cut up hotdogs in a cake pan, cook instant potatoes, and put the cooked potates over the hotdogs, cover with velvetta cheese, and bake in oven until cheese is melted, bake at 350

Tator tot cassarole, that hot dog thing doesnt sound bad either. Baked chicken, pot roast, can throw it all in one pot and forget about it.
