Now real happiness is the result of rest after something we have achieved,of balence of mind and body.our modern habits of hurry and worry are not likely to bring us much of this deeper feeling of satisfaction.those people whose minds are not over worked always happier than we.

There is no such thing as "real" happiness. There is only "happiness".
And it varies between person and person, something make you happy might not make me happy,so it depends.

Hi buddy,
The real happiness is the one that is felt by the heart, and it would take a part there over time. A temporary happiness would easily fade away, slip out from you as the source of it vanished. When we achieved something, if we are wise enough to count it as a blessing, then it could give us real happiness!!!
