What do you think about whitening your teeth? Do you think it harms your teeth in the long run? What is the best protect you have ever used or want to try but haven't? I have tried simply withing kit for a wedding one time and it helped out a little got it white. I didn't continue though cause I wasn't sure if it would hurt my teeth. I heard of people saying it could damage them with to much use cause of the chemicals in their. So I would love to now if this is correct about teeth whiteners or if their are some like that and some that were more effective to use.
