hi guys 2 days i ago ,,,i read in some forum that paypal reverting money back if any site try send mas poayouts to their indian users......i think i read in neobux forum. is it true? is paypal problem with indian RBI solved? please help with information you have.. as many people are having these questions unsolved for past few days?
