How Government will solve the problem due to Woman's Reservation Bill?

Once woman's reservation bill becomes the law 33% seat out of total 542 will be reserved for women. It means only women will contest for these seats against women. However again there will be reserve seats for SC/ST candidates. How will Election Commission would solve the problem in states, which has two or less number of seats for SC / ST candidates?

Well the Election commission is run by veterans and they surely know how to untangle such knots caused by difficult legislative bills... So let's leave it to those grey haired people ..
