sphynx cats!ever had one?

I've never had one, but if one needed rescuing I would be there... I'm not paying for another cat, too many need homes that I don't need to PAY for a cat - I'd rather have a rescue any day!

My fiance's grandmother has one! Her sphynx is exceptionally sweet and loves climbing all over people and perching on their shoulders. She likes the feel of different textures on her skin so she will rub all over your hair and clothes. Depending on where you live you will have different things to look out for, if you live somewhere where it is mostly warm and sunny make sure to invest in a sun screen for your kitty because they can get sunburned and they will get a tan. Even kept indoors they like basking in the sun even more than other cat breeds so it will be an issue. If you live in a climate where it is cold make sure to have a heating pad and some place warm and cozy just for kitty because they are susceptible to the cold as well! Since I don't personally own one that is about the best advice I can give. I'm sure you've already researched them but I just want to stress the importance of those two factors! Good luck!

I do not have a sphinx cat, nor do I want one. I do not know anybody that has had one either, I don't think they are that popular where I am from in Ohio. The only ones I have ever seen are on tv. Do you need more information about the cat itself?

Wow! That will be so awesome. You should talk about it some more once you get them! I have three cats of my own, and they're pretty silly, but I'm always curious how other breeds are like! ;)

I've never personally had that type of cat, nor have I known anyone to have one. What I do know about them I saw on animal planet during their cats 101 show. And, they are sure interesting creatures I'm sure you'll be very happy with yours.
