I have used them. I think the may have helped a little but not a huge difference. My teeth were sensitive while I was using them, but within a couple days of finishing, the problem went away for me. Good luck!

I bought them once about a couple years ago. They do work and your teeth does get whiter, but after a while your teeth begins to discolour again and that's why the box saids you should buy after 6 months again to remain. My mother saw a program where a dentist said those bleaching is not good for your teeth. It corrodes your teeth over time if you continue using them. Some dentists don't tell you this because it is good business. It is much better buying a whitening toothpaste. Or using baking soda.

That is good to know Suzieque. I stopped using them but I know some people that use them continuously. Maybe I'll let them know they might want to do a little research.

Let me know how they work for you. The sensitivity didn't happen until I had used them awhile, so hopefully they won't bother you.
