I want to know is there any paying PTC site which contains referral contest every month...Please provide only PAYING PTC site....

Yes, my site does - its shown in my profile.
There are three monthly contests...
1) Highest number of direct referrals obtained.
2) Highest $ balance
3) Highest Point balance
