I'm an astrophysicist and I'm dealing with a lot of people to do some kind of science's vulgarization since I've graduated. I've noticed that most of them have problems in situating themselves with the scales of the universe. For example: do you know if the solar system is in the Milky Way, is the Milky Way or outside the Milky Way? What is the Milky Way? What is a galaxy? As stupid it may sound I was asked this questions many times. Have you also had this problem or a similar problem?
