I put this under the category of eating so to reach the most people.
I was doing some research last night in order to write an article for Triond. I have fibromyalgia and decided to write an article about diet and fibromyalgia. I was so surprised to see that 40% of people with fibromyalgia also have hypoglycemia. I am one of those people. Add IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) to the mix, because it is one of the fibro connecting syndromes, and you have a "recipe" for illnesses.
Check out my article to see what foods you should and shouldn't be eating. If you don't have any of the above illnesses, it makes sense to stay away from these so you don't get one of these illnesses... or any other for that matter.

Hey pat! I have fibromyalgia and IBS too! But, as far as I know
not hypogycemia! I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol,
osteroarthrisis too! I try to watch what I eat for these syndromes
as best as I can even though I am on medications for high blood
pressure and high cholesterol for about 20 years now! My symptoms
are under control with the help of the meds, but I still watch
my diet anyway!
