Paid to get referrals?

It's kind of like a matrix. Does anybody have any ideas on these sorts of sites because I'm interested in these sites. It'd be nice to see if I could make money for getting people to sign up under me. I enjoy getting people to join my site. Though, I need a reliable site that pays to Paypal to do so. Anybody have any suggestions? Please no joining fee as well.
