I am researching on sites that pay writers to review anything outside the US. I looked at previous discussions here in mylot on the website comparedby.us but they are a few months old. Some of them say that this website stopped paying its writers. Has anyone had any experience writing for them? Did you get paid? Thanks for your help!

I had registered for this site but never really got
active there because I am also with other product
review sites. It is really hard to find a good site
now where we can write product reviews and get paid.
Most of these sites have given up due to issues
regarding abusive members. I stick to one product
review site now which is also international but the
credibility is unbeatable.

Are talking about reviewstream? I tried it but I noticed that the longer you stick around there, the harder it is to get a review approved. They do pay fast but I think they are arbitrary in their approvals. Well, on to the next site.

At one time, comparedby.us was all the rage here on myLot. However, most people got fed up with them for changing the rules all the time and essentially coming across as a shady company. I was one of those -- I never even reached payout, just left. Now it's a site I barely hear spoken of. I would stay away from them unless there's been a change in ownership.

Thanks for the heads up. It's really difficult to spot the legitimate sites. I'm glad I discovered mylot where I could ask people for their honest opinions. Cheers!
