I am not much of a blogger, but I've used a page called Wordpress in past. I really liked that, because it was simple to use and it offered help and tutorials on how to design my blog. There were templates for changing the looks of my blog and stuff, I really liked that web page.

Why does your government block blogspot?
My blog's on that site, and I love it. D:
It looks like some people have already mentioned Wordpress, but there's also Tumblr. There are alos some social networking sites that allow you to create a blog on your profile; myspace for example.

HI rookiekan. What about wordpress? I think it is a very good blog and it is free as well. It has various templates which you can apply. Good luck and hope you find a hosting block to your liking.
