how to place ptc banners in the middle of posts in blogspot.com

hi guys... i saw blogs of many people here and they all write any post and keep banner in middle or at the starting of post.. i want to do that but,i dont know how to do that in blogtspot.com. or atleast tell me how to link an image to particular url in a post.. thanks for your help in advance.
