hi friends.
5 matches over and we get see almost every team play.
the final will be held at Dr.DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai but there are some other grounds great for finals.
mumbai has been my favourite because it got one of those fairest pitches and almost every match played here had some interesting results.
kolkata is my second favourite because of the people.even with half of the stadium available, the atmosphere was the best so far.
chennai because of the people.not because of the roars but chennai crowds are always know to support every team that plays there and wont be silent for long.
i choose mumbai.which one you think is the best place for finals?

Its true that the facilities provided in Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai has several advantages. The facilities provided in these cities are almost unmatched and true the crowd support will be tremendous. However we must remember that all these places are the home grounds of several ipl teams..Mumbai is the homeground of Mumbai Indians, Chennai is the homeground of the Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata is the home of the KKR.Hence there is a possibility that the home crowd will support the hometeams more and if the home team manages to reach the finals then the home team will get vundue advantage.I think that it will be better if the final is played in a neutral venue..We all know that there will be no dearth of spectators in a neutral venue as cricket is a passion or a religion all over India.

i thought the same thing but some cricketing minds believe if they play in neutral venue ,the home crowds of the finalists will feel robbed of the oppurtunity to see their team in final.may be they should have left the ground for the final as a surprise.

Yeah that can be a good option and as to the part of getting robbed..no way..if one is an ardent fan of his/her team then he can travel a few kilometers to see the team playing in the finals and lend their support for the team.Besides this can be utilised by both the finalist as a business oppurtunity..what I mean by that is..they can put in effort to build their fan base in such neutral venues and thereby generate revenue. Also your idea of not disclosing the venue for the finals is a good concept or they can prepare a stadium in a place which doesn't have any team in IPL.
