After you have done the process of registration, you can already upload the files of your website. But sometimes it depends on the programming language you used. First, As said in the first post buy a domin first to make it more pro. Also mention your hosting provider so that I and other members can provide details how to launch this site? Second, its 'web-site' not some "beb-site". Third, don't you read on your left what myLot has said before you start your discussion.
