Best free softwares to create a css/xhtml website.

Now a days free softwares are booming everywhere on the internet. Specially web designing softwares are very hot. Because many many people starting their own website or blog each day. Finding proper softwares for your need is very difficult and time consuming task. I personally use 4 type of softwares. 1. Graphic designing softwares, 2. Css script designing softwares, 3. Menu designing softwares and 4. Xhtml page designing softwares. These 4 combination of softwares can give you a professional solution as this methods work great for me. What do you think?

Can you at least lead me to those freebie softwares that you use? I personally can't find a working template for my blog so I think I need to work for it on my own. Web designing is very difficult specially when you a limited knowledge in css and xhtml

I'm really not into monetizing my blog or website. I just want to learn those stuff and create my own. I'm a fan of art so so the more ergonomic I design my site the more happier I am and of course I want to use free stuffs to that would really help a beginner like me. If we work together I guess I will just slow you down because I can't guarantee you my time and further more I don't have sufficient knowledge in this department. I don't want to be a leech to your kindness. I can guarantee you my friendship though
