mini netbook with posready windows ce 6.0

i bought an mini netbook from cherrypal and wound up with a minq easy pc e700 series. It has an arm processor, nand hd and runs windows ce 6.0. I hate this windows operating system because it only runs pocket pc programs. Is there anyway I can wipe off windows and run damn small linux, puppy linux or chrome os? Can i install it from my inspiron?
