Which indian banks are operatable in paypal

i have an account in paypal and today i have given my pan number to paypal and got it in its working state. but when i add the bank account. then it asks me for ifsc code. how to get this. are not state bank of india attached with paypal as earlier i have seen this also. kindly suggest and guide me if it is. or what should i do.
