What I want to do in my life

I am chinese and I am here making friends and studying English, what I want to do in my life is to run a bar or training class of English in my hometown, the problem what I face now is that I don't know how to get teachers or partners who can speak excellent English or are from English countries supporting my project. Now, I work in a company in SZ city of South China and my target is to own my own business as carieer. Can I make that happen? or who will support me here? What is your comment? Thanks.
