directions to places

hie there, whenever i go to a new place, i have to ask for direction eventhough i have a map. to me the map cannot tell me all the little things i need to know when drivng me around unless i have a GPS. i usually stop at foodstalls to ask or kiosks . once i was driving around the area about 20 minutes and still could not locate the place. i asked around and the direction was like 'you go straight all the way, turn at the trafic light and you can see'. tried but not there. i stopped at the foodstall and the young man had a pen and he asked whether i had a piece of paper. he explained and sketched the direction from where we were. i drove and gotta . happy. next another occassion wanted to find a factory. never been to the area. tried a while and no sight of the factories though there were others. i stopped and asked a van driver at the roadside and he told me to follow him as it was round the corner. i followed and he signaled to me the factory and he reversed and went on his way. phew. i thanked and praised God and blessed all these kind people who helped me in their busyness. how about you.
