Dog food great value at the super market

Yes, I think some people will rip you off. They know you will buy it because you love your pet, and they take advantage of that. I have found a food for my dog she likes and is very cheep. I give $ 5 US for it. It is a mixed of different flavors. She is happy with it.

So many Dog foods rip you off but normally it is just the name that you are paying for, I have found a company who sells nothing but natural foods for dogs and their prices are cheaper than in the shops so have stayed with them for years now and my dogs love that food too...LoLo

I am have always fed my dog wagg and lately everyone seems to suddenly be buying it that I know and I am like why have you only just caught on that the value is so much better than higher priced brands! lol At the moment pets at home have it on offer for two bags for £15 so it works out really good value!! We have just bought two and these two bags now will last us through to the end of may as we only go through one a month!

Our dog eats Wagg from Asda too & he never complains Our Asda is about 6miles away -we have 2 supermarkets less than 2 miles from us but it works out cheaper for me to go to Asda for a big shop once a fortnight and pick up basic top-ups from the local greengrocer. today we got pizzas 4 for £3 in Asda... same ones are on "half-price" offer at £1.25 in the local Somerfield/Co-op. When Asda & Morrisons were doing those nice Branston beans at £1 for a 4-pack, the single tins were 87p locally. i'm fortunate that i have transport so can get to a decent supermarket!!

I've always fed my dogs Purina Puppy or Dog Chow because that was what the vet always recommended. It's a little bit higher than some of the other brands but I want to feed them what's good for them. I think Iam's is even higher than Purina and I sure wouldn't pay any more than what I havwe been paying since I'm living on a fixed income. I've never heard of Wagg and as far as I know, the grocery stores I shop from don't have it. I've never heard of Asda, either. However, I live in Alabama. Kathy.

I haven't heard of this food before...You r not saying what it contains ie. meat/fish / gluecosamine/ rice all the finer things that r good for your pet and leave less wate in your yard..

i don't have a dog,i have 4 cats,i get their food from tesco,not the tesco brand as thats quite expensive,i get a cheaper one,can't remember the name,but it's in orange packaging,i also buy kitikat,which surprisingly enough is cheaper than tesco make

I have not heard of Wagg but my dog has gone from Eukanuba to Alpo and Pedigree, and then also Vitality. He's a picker eater so we're happy when we find the brand that will really get him to clean his bowl.

Yes you are right that dog food have great value in super market... but here you find many types of brand dog food.. and it's depend on your choice which will choosen by you..have a nice day and keep mylotting always...

I think so. We always bought Pedigree, but heard some nasty rumours, so we switched to Alpol, and these two love it. It is a bit cheaper, but my dogs look great. TATA.

I find few dog food is garbage and full of preservative. I feed my dog with fresh food, he never want to eat that regular dog food. I think its better to give your dog fresh food its healthier to them, you just to realize that your dog is carnivore so give him 50% meat/chicken/ fish, 30% carbohydrate, 20% vegetable. You will see the difference.
