What is your favorite cut of Steak?

I certainly have my favorite cut, how about you? I prefer a Porterhouse Steak when I can because it has both the New York and the Tenderloin pieces. My next would definitely be a Tenderloin Let me know as there may be one I am missing the ak man

Definitely a prime rib from morton's. The flavor of a medium rare steak is not hard to resist.

Taste-wise, I like rump best, but for texture and tenderness, I like fillet.

T-Bone steak is my favorite. I love it. Served with mashed potatoes and corn, gravy and a roll. Corn on the cob preferable. A nice glass of milk and a yogurt for dessert..yummy.
