I have 4 tv's in my house one in each bedroom and one in the living room. My daughter and her husband's tv in their bedroom is only for DVD's and the Wii. My granddaughter's tv which is a tinker bell tv with dvd player, she only watches DVD's too. The TV in my bedroom and in the living room have cable. I can't imagine not having TV just for the news if anything. I know with a computer you can have access to all that but its not the same as live TV.

hello! I have neither cable/satellite nor a TV. I watch all the channels I want online and all the other things too, because now I live by my cousin and he doesn't have a TV, and I still can't afford it, but why when I can watch all the things online :)

I have a couple of tvs and you can't watch them so on a whole I don't watch tv at all. Except to watch a program like The Oscars, something like that. Other than that, I don't do them. I watch movies off mine and don't miss the stuff; I may put in cable later but that is it.

I watch movies on DVD rather than paying for cable. I don't watch too much television anyway. I get all my news from the internet or newspaper.

Yes, I own a television. It does have cable however. Not that there is anything that I want to watch. I personally do not watch television all that much myself. Granted, there are other people in the house that watch it far more often than I do. I can count on the number of times that I find something that I watch on television that I enjoy a week and still have fingers left over. I do find it amusing that the more channels that are added, the less there seems to be to watch. At least for me. I don't even use my television to watch DVDs, because I have a portable DVD Player that I can watch when I am working on the computer. Still, I own a television, even if it gets used very little by me personally due to the lack of anything being on.

I have one small tv.I'm hoping to come into money to buy a new one thats bigger.I have a 19" and it seems pretty small.I'd like to get one of those thin flat screen tv's.I have satellite so it's worth it.When I first moved in my house about a year ago,I had to watch DVD's for six months before I got my satellite turned on.I was so sick of my DVD's.Maybe in time you will get cable or satellite.

I have TV at home for Dvds and aerial signal. We don't have cable access but we could watch news from aerial signal. The pictures are not clear for some times but it helps to get updated for current affairs!

You are living my life!!! My friends make fun of me for buying a big tv, but not having cable or tv channels. I watch DVDs on it, that is all. I was without a tv for several months and found that I did not miss watching reality tv or the news, so when I got a tv, I simply did not hook cable up. I feel much happier this way.
