Breast-fed can makes baby grow smarter?

I've heard from an organization that encourages mothers to breast feed instead of bottle feed their baby's, who believes that breast feeding will makes the baby grow smarter opposed to the claims of infant formula. As they believe that cow's milk is for the calf and human milk is for babies. What do you think about it? Do you prefer to breast feed or bottle feed your baby?
