would you trust an over weight liposuction technician?

I saw this commercial. It was a liposuction place that helps get rid of the weight using that procedure. The odd thing to me was the technician advertising it was overweight herself! So you have to wonder... does she believe in her own process? Or did it not work for her? Would you trust her?
