Seriously mad at the world

Gosh that's lucky Dawn. I cannot imagine how terrible it must be to sit through five minutes of mind numbingly dull skating. Bad boy aren't I! LOL. In the UK we have three choices: a. Terrestrial TV mostly from the BBC and two major independent companies. b. Cable which includes all of a plus a few others channels and c. Satellite which has all of a and none of the cable only stuff and a load of it's own stuff. But can I find underwater basket weaving by hedgehogs on any of them? Nope. Thank heavens for the radio!

I can imagine what that means for a big figure skating fan!I would be mad at the whole universe. I've already experienced that feeling twice.Once I was visiting my aunt and there was problems with TV there, I wasn't able to watch a dance championship, and the next morning my friend called me:"Did you see it?Did you see it?It was fantastic!".I was so mad because I had no idea what she was talking about.A couple months ago I missed a rare live concert because I chose the wrong channel.I waited and then went to bed.That was stupid of me.

Hi Dawn, This used to happen to me everytime Manny Pacquiao (boxing) has a fight. we can't see it on time. we need to be on "pay per view" service and it's quite expensive here in our country. so if we want to watch for it, we need to be patient in waiting for the TV station authorize to show it but it's so FULL OF TV COMMERCIALS. it will be aired late. you already know the result of the game but haven't seen it. so no more excitement just want to see what happen during the moment.

I also hate it when my favorite team, the canucks, play on pay-per-view. It's not that I can't afford it, I just hate paying for stuff which is normally free! In these times, I could pay for the service, or just go to a local pub to watch it. But even then, you'd have to pay for drinks to get in.

Yeah, I've wanted to watch the NMSU Aggies play and sometimes they block coverage to our area, if the Pan American Center, where the Aggies play, isn't sold out. I always pray for a sell-out crowd, not only so I can see the game on TV, but the games are funner with a full crowd. Well, do you get Universal Sports and will you get to watch skating?

hi dawnald yes I used to get so angry when we were in our own apartmeng\t as so many times I wanted to watch the Lakers play and they were only shown on a channel I could not get as we could not afford cable. its really so irritating, then here all the old duffers get the tv control and keep it so nobody else can watch sports or any thing we might like to watch . grrrrrrrrrrrrr. I just wish I could afford a new television here in our room.

Yes, i have & it is very aggravating. I watch all the Tennessee ballgames that i can, football & basketball. Many times they are on a chanel i can't get .U pay big buckes to have a dish, cable or whatever u have & it ticks me off when i can't see what i want to. Think we should protest, lol.

Yes.I was unable to watch lot of sports events on TV.In the last four years they made a new rule that everyone should have a special connection to watch all the channels.Then some of the channels were made default, that is those channels can be allowed without that special connection.True to say we don't have a single spots channel to watch.Only the will telecast matches or sport events when my country participates. I have missed lots of shows.It is very bad.I don't know when they are going to change this rule.It is very hard without a sports channel..
