Do you give money or alms to beggars while passing by in roads and streets?Do you whole heartedly donate as much as you can or restrict yourself to a ruppee only??
Well,when I donate some amount of money to a beggar,i see his physical condition and age.if he is so old that he cant work any further,I readily donate alms to them but if i see someone young asking for money,I refuse to give alms to them,since I believe that they can work hard and earn for their own living rather than begging..and If I provide them money also,I would be discouraging them and they will never try to earn money.......
What is your say...do we need to eradicate begging ??Is the sole reason for begging is unemployement or something else..

To tell you the truth I do not give any money to beggars. I rightly agree with you when you say that you should check if they really need it and yes I do check.
The sole reason cannot be unemployment coz there is no dearth for work nowadays even if we search we get house helps and they ask exhorbitant money. I really get irritated when I see children begging and their parents sitting in the corner and taking all their money.
