I am sick and I am so sad!!!

Measles - Rushes, measles, rubella, german measles

Last Wednesday night, I felt that I was getting a fever. I went to sleep that night and woke up by a high fever. I was chilling... My fever was on and off. My head is really aching and my joints are painful too. Came saturday morning, I noticed some rushes on my arms... Then I realized that it is a measles!!! I isolate myself asap, I asked my mom to take care of my son first, for the mentime until I fully recover. So that Ihe wont get infected by me... For all, My son sleep beside me ever since and it was really saddening! I remember the first day, when I told my son that he can't go near me for the mean time... He was crying and begging me to open my door... Knocking and bangging the door while crying!!! It is really sad!!!! I miss him so bad!!! I miss him saying "ilove you mommy" and good night mom before going to sleep I miss his kisses that wakes me up in the morning!!! HAYY!!!!! I hate measles!!!!! I miss my baby so BAD!!!!! And I am so bored!!

I hope your measles heal fast. Can you not talk to your son on the telephone? I know it's not the same but maybe the next best thing. At least you can hear his voice and he yours. Anyway, get lots of rest and let your body deal quickly with this disease. I have vague memories of getting the measles when I was young. take care!

i thought measles are for kids and we grown-ups will never get measles again, after having it when we were young. are you really sure it's measles? have you been to the doctor to consult about that? well, definitely your baby will also miss you, the way we also feel when we are far from each other. i hope you get well soon. take care.

Measles?! Wow! Didn't you get vaccinated when you were a kid? Here in the U.S. vaccinations against measles are routine so cases of Measles are pretty rare, especialy in somone as young as you are. Well, I hope you get better real quick, do take care of yourself, get off mylot and get back in bed, lol.
