For the new regulations of Reserve Bank Of India we have to have a PAN card for the transaction to our local bank account. PAN card is a permanent account number at the Indian Government. I am looking forward to it. I will apply for a PAN card within few days.......

I just not able to understand the IT file. What is it? And without PAN card I can't log in to my PAYPAL account. So how can I withdraw. And I think there is no question of avoiding Tax. I think there is no Income Tax for Rs. 180000 per annum. If you are earning above Rs. 15000 per month then you have to pay the Income Tax.....

Everybody can apply for a PAN Card whether his earnings are taxable or not. PAN card is an important document for an Indian citizen. The procedure is simple. You get the application form 49A, fill with requited details, 2 colour photographs PP size required. Proof of address and identity. Ration card, passport etc.as referred in the form. The fee is Rs.94/-now. I-T PAN Service Centres being set up and managed by UTIISL. There are service agents setup. you can also contact them if you can not do directly. they will charge extra charges of Rs.100 to 200/-. thanks.

I have already added my details on paypal account. Its in a great thing that RBI has done since there are some many people who does only earning and never pay tax for it. I hope RBI take much better action on people with non online income and still don't pay tax.
