Wasn't Roshi one of the best characters in DB series?

I think he was one of the best characters in the series. He was strong, wise, and had a thing for the ladies...

Haha...I guess so. He was great for comic relief too. Now that I think about it, there's always an old perverted master in those type of shows. Take Happosai from Ranma 1/2 and Jiraiya from Naruto for example. I find their antics very funny. But back to Master Roshi, it was too bad that we didn't get to see a lot of him though.
