premier account or personal account

I have premier account of paypal, recently I come to know that it is not possible to transfer money from personal paypal account to your local bank account but i have premier account is there any one who can tell me about premier or personal account transaction. waiting for reply ritika

where do you heard the news that personal paypal account cannot transfer money to your local bank account? i think both personal and premier account are able to do that. the only difference is their limitation and fees.

i think she means that in india you cant cash out with personal only premier and answer is yes you should be able to cash out with premier account.

You cannot transfer/withdraw your paypal money if you are not a premier account holder. however, you can transfer and send money only to another paypal account if your paypal account is personal account.
