Definately Oprah. Do you really think that Jerry Springer's people are for real? I think they are a bit of a set up. It is good for light entertainment at times when the children aren't around.

I think that Oprah has better content. You can only watch so much of Jerry Springer.. most of the stuff is the same.. and i think it is somewhat staged.
