Fruit for health

Well well we all consider this age of old maxim its Fruit for health and we all do eat lots of it. The freshly chopped fruit is best for health, but one thing which is certain with some people is that they tend to add loads of salt and masalas to this as it gives them tingy peppery flavour, like a fruit chat, I think we dont add so much salt in order to eat it natural!

Hi dhawanb, I agree mate, Eating the fruit naturally is the best way to eat it. People who add salt, masalas or other seasonings make the taste worse. My favorite fruit is MANGO! I like it ripe or unripe its still delicious :D some adding salt to unripe mango to overcome the sour taste. good day.
