"Reforms pushed by President Obama and other Democrats may be approved without ever actually having a direct vote, but could be "deemed" to have been passed and then signed into law by Obama. The process is called the "Slaughter Strategy," named for Rep. Louise Slaughter, D-N.Y., who chairs the House Rules Committee."
"Article I, Section 7 of the U.S. Constitution states, "Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a law, be presented to the President of the United States; … in all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined by yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively."
Even some in the mainstream media have expressed skepticism over the current plan.
"When even the Associated Press says that premiums will go up under Obamacare, and the Washington Post says the Democrats 'reconciliation' strategy is 'dodgy,' you know you're dealing with something that not even honest liberals can support," noted Bryan Fischer, AFA director of issue analysis. "We need to drive a stake through the heart of this legislation and make sure it never comes to life again."

So, are they really going to do this? Pass the bill without a vote? or pass the bill before anyone can actually see what is written in the 2000+ pages?

I have all but given up on these crooks. The whole lot of em (save for one or two) needs to be cleaned right out and some of them tried for crimes against the constitutoion....I don't care what letter they have next to their name.

Yes, they will do this.
This is how corrupt our government has become.
This scheme is in direct violation of the Constitution, and lawsuits are already in place, just waiting to be filed the minute this happens.

probably.i'm fully convinced they will pass whatever they want one way or another whether we like it or not, irregardless of the law.
my state by itself does it all the time.or tacks it onto something they know we do want.

That's nuts. I think all amendments to original bills should be voted on. Usurping the constitution is nuts.
