Do you accept China’s claim that Arunachal Pradesh is an integral part of China?

China claims that ‘historical evidence’ shows that Arunachal Pradesh ( an integral part of India) belongs to it! I think it is ridiculous! One has to think about nations' borders only in Post World War – II Era and live as neighbours. What is your opinion?

China is numberone in population. They are running out of Land for people. In comming years they will fight all neighbouring nations to get the land for them. At that point it would be hard for someone to save china, because there will be mass killling in china. every possible nation around it will teach them the lesson. Arunachal Pradesh is part of India. It is rich in natural beauty and minerals. The claim of china is like, child demanding for candy, even if he knows that he is not gonna get it.

China is a country of advanced technology but having political and social scenerio of that of the Three Kingdom era (China 2000 yrs back). People still don't have any power and the Goverment can do whatever they want. The People of China.. please wake up. You won't gain anything from this war against India, Tibet and Taiwan. All you need is independence and rights which others enjoy. We are in 21st Century.

I agree that that china's claim is totally baseless and should be condemned by world over. it just shows that they are a bully, lusting for other people's land, not satisfied with huge landmass. eating into other country's territories. They should be taken for being so irresponsible and making ridiculous claims like this. they are living in a fool's paradise. Arunchal pradesh was always and will remain always integral part of India.

My dear, I agree with you whole-heartedly, except that they dont live in fool's paradise! It is we 'soft' nations that live in a fool's paradise, imagining we are free from harrassment! The Chinese are more realistic than even the the other super powers! They are one of the most cold, calculating, nations. This is due to the communist regime. They do anything for grabbing land and proliferating!

As far as proof is concerned, we have to go way back to the 1940s and 1950s when international boundaries (McMohan line) were ratified and consolidated in a systematic manner by the then powers such as England. As far back as hundreds of years, Arunachal Pradesh has been an integral part of India. For a detailed history of Arunachal Pradesh, particularly with reference to the 'Mahabharatha' and Hindu 'Mythology', please visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arunachal_Pradesh surya

If you are stupid enough to believe this then you believe Tibet and taiwan belong to china. China is a communist nation who dont care about human rights, all they care about is land and money.

True, but there has to be an end to such 'historical' nonsense! Look at these scenarios: Palestine and Israel. German territories lost in W.W.II. Kashmir territory (Kashmir was originally a state of India) occupied by Pakistan (PoK). America was originally the land of the 'Red Indians'. and, as you pointed out, Tibet and Taiwan. Tibet was a blatant seizure from India and occupation in 1962. One thing I agree with you is that these communist countries are akin to 'roadrollers'. They have insatiable desire only to grab more and more land, and proliferate the world. But there has to be some stopping point. Politicians and diplomats cannot go back to the stage when the world was one gigantic continent!!!
