My dear friend as far as i know. intel original and chipset mother board have differences as. original mother boards are manufactured by Intel. and they have those facility which intel provides. other side the chipset motherboards are made by other manufacturers like Gigabyte , Asus, Mercury etc they use the chips and ICs provided and manufactured by Intel and other stuffs by their own.Or you can say the set of chips are manufactured by Intel and rest by other manufacturers. so Partially made by Intel.
